The Proliferation of Mosques and Its Effect on Christian -Muslim Relations in Bungoma County , Kenya

Abstract

My acknowledgement goes to those who contributed to this work to reach where it is. First I appreciate the almighty God who enabled me have good health, strength and favour in the community of St Paul’s to perform this task. I acknowledge St Paul’s University fraternity for granting me the grant that paid my tuition, not forgetting my supervisors Prof. Esther Mombo and Dr. Joseph Wandera who worked hard to see me through this thesis. I also give gratitude to my lecturers, who taught me in class. Again I appreciate those I interviewed especially the Muslim leaders and Christian leaders, who opened their doors at the mosque and churches that I visited and interacted with them.
